I have an eviction date set for 5 days time from now. I do not know what to do. Will I be able to stay in my property?
If you now have the money to pay off the arrears or your financial situation has improved you should contact your lender immediately and try to settle your outstanding debts. It is possible that the eviction can be stopped. You may even be able to stop the repossession right up until the point that contracts are exchanged with a new buyer.
If you do not have the money or your financial situation is the same or worse, it is unlikely you will be able to stop the eviction and your house will be repossessed. However there are a number of ways of finding somewhere else to live.
